I have an appointment tomorrow to check out a daycare facility for Lydia. Thinking about it makes my stomach sink a bit, but I know that she needs to start interacting with other kids on a more regular basis, and to get used to being more independant from Jeff and I. While getting ready Lydia was showing some interest in the potty. She peed in her diaper and then 5 seconds later was pulling at it saying "baby pee pee potty" So ok, I let her get naked and she sits on the potty and strains really hard to do something, but she was just a little too late lol. Yesterday was fun. They forgot Lydias food at O.G., but we got it to go and it kept her satisfied in the car. At Toys R Us we decided to buy her an easle instead of a doll house, because it was only 8 bucks more, and she can be creative with the easle. Last night was...god aweful. I dont know what got into Miss Pissy Pants but she woke up at 12, was back in bed at 12:20 and I expected her to sleep until at least 6. Nope, she woke back up at 1:30 and was awake until 3 am. Every time I would try and leave the room she screamed bloody murder-those screams of  "I'm not getting my way, god damnit!". I just purchased some cream Robeez booties size 12-18 m on Ebay-new. They are going to be a little bit big, but she'll grow into them over the winter. Since I cant seem to find any boots that dont look like hooker-wear around here, and I am loathe to pay 50 bucks for hard soles at Stride Rite, Robeez will most definitely work.

Lydders is asleep. Today before her nap this morning I let her say goodnight to Merky and to a picture of Jeff. I held up the pic and said "say good night to Daddy!" and she did-then she slept for almost 2 hours. I did the same thing this afternoon and lets hope it works.
