Seems its not my former nausea coming back, but that Jeff, Lydia and I all have a nasty stomach virus. It hit Jeff yesterday afternoon at the party (I had to drive home while he napped) and then Lydia yesterday evening and then I got the brunt of it last night. Wanna loose 5 lbs real quick?
