Better to be alive and homeless at the moment...then dead within. A personal opinion, of course, not meant to trivialize anyone's losses in the slightest.

I do not know if I would call it settling in, per se...but that is what it is, all the same. I dislike the idea of getting used to anything in a place like this...but it cannot be helped, it seems.I've...taken up residence in a small apartment.
