I remember random things like that, too.

I'm definitely finding that I want to talk to every single person who has ever talked to David and have them tell me what they liked about him and what they talked about and something else nice.

Today is a bad grief day :( and I have to go to work in about 40 minutes.

I agree. Sometimes knowing that a person is remembered, even for the silliest, smallest thing, helps.

Speaking of silly, my BFF and I still laugh about my dad's travel warning to her: "Be careful! In some of those countries, they'll snatch you and sell you into slavery!"

I think that every time someone remembers your parents in that way, it would make them feel not so far away. I'd want my parents to be remembered and to know they made an impact on people.
