I am sooooooooo great.
I led up a winner at Southwell racecourse on Monday - Kumakawa. Yay!!! Got my photo taken and everything. I made him look all pretty before the race and what happens? It snows. He looked a mess, I looked a mess and my hands were so cold, I couldn't even sign my name on a piece of paper.
It's so nice to be back at work at my yard. Everyone there is nice to me and we all have a good laugh. Been in a bit of a stress for the last two days though because my dad had to go into hospital for another hernia op. Luckily it all went well and he's back at home now.
On another note, I went to Tesco the other night in a very cynical mood and just as I was thinking how every person that walks past you has something wrong with them, I saw two people meet and strike up a conversation in the vegetable aisle. It would be nice to think that they'll get married and live happily ever after.
And how is it possible to feel like you've cheated on someone you're not even going out with?
