My sister is in love with Pitango and took me on a recent trip to Baltimore. I do agree, it is quite tasty. A bit expensive ($8 for a small gelato and a cappuccino), but you are paying for fresh and organic ingredients - imported pistachios and hazelnuts and free ( Read more... )

This shop seems to be a brand new one on Glenwood. They had balloons outside and a chalkboard advertising Grand Opening. I just happened to be driving by with Glen so we decided to stop in.

Neat little International (Spanish) Coffeeshop/Bakery

Making this bread every Easter has been a tradition for my family. We have never figured out how to make it in smaller quantities or an easier way. It is worth the work at least once a year. Great sliced and toasted with butter for breakfast or just plain.  This makes 5 loaves.
