Red Dwarf: Back to Earth spoilers comin' up!
...Reverse!Despair Squid, eh? Totally didn't see it coming, even though all the way through I was like, "What happened to the squid thing?" DERP.
Okay, so now I've seen them all, I've decided that I'm not let down, at all. The last episode improved on the ones before it, even though the second wasn't that bad, either. It still seemed like it was trying to cram a lot in, but I guess being away for ten years then given three episodes to sum up, things would seem packed in.
I also kind of liked the new Lister. How do I know this? Because he MADE ME CRY. That's... the first time Red Dwarf has ever made me cry. Sure, I'm not keen on Kochanski, but when he said that he'd get her in the end... GAH. Maybe I'm just being a crybaby as usual? XD I can't be the only one, right? It was sweet! It doesn't help that Craig Charles just begs for hugs anyway.
Also, guy in the comic shop in the second episode? Totally should have been Bill Bailey. Bill Bailey was just born to play comic book shop guys. See Spaced :D
