Stupid builders!
So, today is my first Wednesday off in like, six weeks or something. Vicki's been working a lot at Solihull, so I've been doing full weeks.
I planned to sleep in for HOURS AND HOURS, only the stupid builders putting up scaffolding around the house turned up at quarter past eight this morning and woke me up. ;_;
Could have been worse, mind. They were listening to the Red Hot Chilli Peppers on their radio thing, so I could've had a worse wake-up call, I guess.
ANYWAY. Yesterday was good! Went out for some nice food at Wagamama as planned. Totally stuffed ourselves for a mere 20 quid each. Om nom nom. It was a laugh, too!
Today, I have been doing as little as possible. In a short while I'm gonna go practice my kata, as I plan on going to Karate later on tonight. Well, try to practice anyway, as the garden is full of random builders equipment.
Anybody fancy going in to work for me tomorrow? I'd so love to have six days off in a row :D
Okay, so I'd probably do nothing but watch terrible daytime telly and wind the cat up, but I so rarely get the chance!
Tomorrow is gonna crawl by... I'm thinking I'll take Spaced with me to watch if there's no funeral there when I get back. I'm on a bit of a Simon Pegg/Nick Frost mood at the moment. We'll see!
