where did everyone go?
So I come to my home page which is LJ. And it is blank where my friends entries used to be. Have you all abandoned me?
Anyways onward ho. I had an easy summer and then right before the chaos of school starting happens my second job offered me more work. Would have been nice to have this a coupel weeks ago. You know when our director of transportation cut a week off our summer schedule. Aka 1/2 a rent payment. not happy.
This second opportunity will be nice because I will have forklift certification. My school bus liscense clears me for airbreaks. So will be driving the BIG flatbad with the portable storage things, with a Donky on th back. I was always curious how that all worked. And the funny thing is when we were in San Marcos picking up trucks and trailers, A guy was running the forklift and I had told the only other female that I wanted to learn how to drive that. Got back after our second run from San Marcos and lo and behold it was offered. oh what fun.
So now I have NE meeting on mon, plus dry runs on wed, thurs. Uhaul I have training on Monday, possibly part of weds. and then friday. Oh and the kids are heading to college SOOOO there will soon be a lot of trucks to get back to their homes if they dont get replaced by others coming towards them. Oh and football season starts the friday of the first week of school.
Sadly it may too much too late. Sept rent isn't looking good. I have already dodged the rest of my bills. Dang CPS more then double what it was last year.
