I found this via Neil Gaiman's blog (he always links the coolest things) and thought some fellow book-lovers would appreciate it as much as I did.
Mysterious paper sculptures appear anonymously in libraries... HOW COOL??? Although a small part of me cringes at the fact that books were cut up to create these, but they're all such beautiful pieces of art with such a lovely message that I can forgive that. :P
My favorite one may be the dragon, but I also really love the teacup and the magnifying glass!
I'm now trying to think of a way to share this with my students, because I'm just in awe. Maybe I can have them leave some kind of anonymous message of support somewhere, watch what happens, and report to the class...Hmmmm.
Anyway, I'm off to do homework. *headdesk* I just wanted to share the wonderfulness.
Wonderful things happen in libraries, it's just a fact.
