Just spent all afternoon filling out auto loan papers. Didn't end well because apparently I need to make a deposit (that no one told me about before THANKS AGAIN KIA) that I can't afford. Might lose my car. It looks like it's true that the only way to get loan money is if you can prove you don't need it. =A

XD; Oh, yeah, I spent the better portion of seventh through tenth grade playing RO. My huntress, Ponygirl, was guild leader of "Hodes R Us" (my best friend and I have a terrible sense of humor), but my main character was a priestess named Chikoku, and I was part of the Dragon Slayers guild. I'm not sure for how long you played on Loki, but DS was actually one of the biggest guilds, once upon a time... until my other friend IRL decided that he didn't want to play RO regularly anymore (but at that point, he had a level 98 wizard who was maybe about ten percent away from level 99, and basically had everything he could ever possibly want in the game), and kinda just let the guild die. We tried to bring it back, but it just didn't work, especially once WoE got to be so huge and we lost our Prontera castle. XD;
I actually used to hang out in Prontera all the time... if you went west at the southern most entrance, I used to hang out in that spot where many Unity, DS... who else were there? Bah, I can't remember, anymore (it's been far too long), but I used to sit right in front of the barrel by the cart, if you know what I'm talking about. I think there was a fruit merchant directly below that little spot. XD; Oh! To the left of the long line of benches where merchants would regularly chill. That's where the spot was on the map. You spawned there if you saved at the Kafra that was hidden inbetween buildings and merchies.

I've played on Loki from the year it went up til this fall, when I hopped over to the free server. I remember Dragon Slayers and think they may have been one of my guild's allies at one point. 8D I was in Lapis at first (our leader was the first level 99 character on the server ♥), then it died and I moved to Elf/Eternal, then that ALSO died and I moved to XGMR (which also fizzled out of existence; I meet former guildmates on Valkyrie all the time though~). We'd always hang out at the West Kafra. :D (or in Aldebaran when I was with XGMR~)
Ahh, memories~
My current guild is always at the East Kafra in Pront on the Valkyrie server, so come say hello if you ever decide you don't want to go outside ever again want to come back to RO. ♥

Oh, wow. So, you're like me, then - I started playing on Loki the year it went up until... yeah, probably about the tenth grade when I stopped playing regularly and only hopped on when I felt like going back, again. Oh, wow, I knew so many people in Lapis, Elf/Eternal, and XGMR... like I said, I was a social butterfly. XD; It's possible we crossed paths at some point, and I just never would've known. Though, you may know Tommie... I forget what his other characters' names were, but we had an assassin at first named h3llbringer, and then moved on to a wizard, and then back to a assassin, if I remember correctly. But, he was huge in all of those guilds, and even if he wasn't part of them, he would flit between them all to give help in WoE. Aww, Alde. I always had a home in Prontera, but I did like going to see my friends in Alde.
What were your character names, out of curiosity? :3
If I ever do, I'll keep that in mind. ♥ I have to admit, I kiiinda wanna play again, but that seems to pass in waves. XD; I miss RO.

I WoE'd with so many huge guilds that changed their members every week that I can barely remember my own guildmates. ;_; But I see a lot of people on Valk who recognize my priestess from Loki, so they're still out there. ♥
My main character on Loki was a priestess named Plumeria. :D I don't think I ever really leveled my other characters on that server XD; (I had a wizard named for Sierra for awhile, but deleted her to use her name for a dancer, who I made and then didn't use ;A;)
I think I play in waves, too. On one year, off the next, and then I come back with Ragnacrack cravings. ._. I.. I think iRO may be my gaming equivalent of comfort food. D:
they're giving the game a huge freshen up with new advanced classes and stuff in a few months, so you should come take a look when they do :D After taking over a year off from the game I find something I didn't know existed every day. D:

You know what, I've seen your priestess around - I recognize the name. I never really leveled more than my priestess, either, so I know how that goes. As much as I love my huntress, she was my first character, and as it is with first characters, her stats are... eh. Let's just say she doesn't have nearly enough dex or agi to make her worthwhile. XD;
Huh, that's interesting to know. I will have to check it out, even if I don't get back to playing regularly. I'm always for adventuring in new places. \o/

My Loki priestess is older than dirt and was the only character I used, so I even have strangers on Valk say "hi, you don't know me but I recognize your name from Loki" XD;
I can't wait for the update to come along so my high priestess can become a skanky bishop. \o/

That's funny. XD; I used to get that a lot when I would wander around on my huntress. I would get people saying, "You don't know me, but I love your guild! Can I join?" Granted, I'm amazed we were able to get away with our guild icon (a hode with a small heart beside it, and we all know what hodes look like), so I don't blame people for being curious.
"Skanky bishop?" Now this I have to see.

I think I remember that hode emblem, actually XD It definitely stood out.
My current guild is a special, special bunch of people so we change our emblem a lot. I think this week it's a baby bowser emblem. :D;
behold! D: the arc bishop and her tiny front flap and fishnet stockings~

XD; It had a blue sky, was on sand, with one white cloud, a pink heart, and then the hode. I totally need to go hunting through my old CDs and see if I can find screencaps from RO once upon a time.
Aww, she's adorable. I like that sprite a lot better than the high priestess sprite (the male one, on the other hand... >:D)

Yup, definitely remember that emblem. XD; My old guilds had boring emblems. D: (except Eternal; a bear in a cup is always acceptable)
I like the high priest sprites (especially the male one~), but I guess the bishop has extra leg charm. ♥ The male bishop looks a little silly though. XD;

Aww, I love Eternal's emblem. You're right, though, most of the guilds had pretty boring emblems. Though, I did like how there were different colors for the XGML emblem... and the Half Baked Cookies, or whatever it was, always made me laugh.
He does. XD; The bishop does have extra leg charm, though. ♥ Very cute. Now the question is... is there a sprite generator that I can play around with to see all of these new sprites? >:)

Half Baked Cookies was cute. Gaia, too. ;o;

I also loved Dragon Slayer's emblem, but I may be a tad biased. XD; There was also... hrm, what was that guild. I think they were an alliance between former XGMR, Unity, and... some other guild members, and their emblem only took up half the emblem size. I think it was dark blue with a white border around it... quite possibly with a cross in it? I forget, but I loved that emblem.
