Well, last night and today haven't been great.
Depression ~60%
Mania ~40%
Self-harm ~80%
Nausea
Tremor severe
Psychosis intense, nearing severe
Things are improving now though - I've managed to keep all my medication down today which will hopefully help things improve further.
I'm favouring a big soup for dinner; probably the chicken and vegetable one if we have any left. If not then a plain vegetable soup.
Hollyoaks was great; I really felt for JP with the stripper - I was exactly the same at the Mr Hild Bede contest in 2000. What really didn't help then was i was the only man running it so saw several friends naked, when I really wasn't readyt to see a naked man in private let alone in public.
The DVD boxset didn't arrive :( Hopefully tomorrow.
