WIPs. Almost complete
This is what I accomplished this week. It is not yet complete but close to it. The hair will not be that obnoxious shade of purple, the body will be more complete, especially he arms, hands and face and I may or may not add nipples. I want to but don't know if that would not allow it to be shown where I want it to show.
The background was excruciating and took forever. The whole thing has been a labor of love, as it was tedious at times and I hit some bad spots with anatomy (and probably still have some really bad spots but they are more than likely not fixable so don't say anything if you see one unless you know for sure it is fixable). Masking fluid threatened to ruin the piece many a times and I hate the junk! There are so many layers in this piece and so many more to go. You have no idea.
Torso:
16x22". I haven't done anything this large in forever. Colored water soluble graphite, graphite, watercolor on paper (Stonehenge cream)
Photobucket may threaten to take this down. If that happens let me know. Probably should of just posted it in flicker but ah well.
Will show you the completed work when well complete. I just couldn't wait to show it off so far. I am proud I accomplished this along with working 40 hours, seeing people, shopping, going out, and going to a party (although I didn't stay too late because I KNEW I wanted to get a significant portion of this complete and cause Chris wanted to leave and I was getting rather sleepy.)
