a TV show called "Million Dollar Listings"?
The general idea is that various real estate agents list multi-million dollar houses for sale. You get to see the interaction between the sellers and the buyers, how they determine the listing price, and the arguments that ensue between the parties, etc.
The part that fucking AMAZES me is twofold .... (1) the listing agents are 21-22 years old (and earning $75-100,000 on ONE listing), and (2) the fucking incredible "entitled" people out there in the world.
In the current episode, a 21 year old Senior at Pepperdine University is looking for a house near campus. His father has given him a budget of 1.0 - 1.5 MILLION dollars!! Are you fucking kidding me? A 21 year old college student with a million dollar plus house.
He just called his father to let him know that a 1.5 million dollar budget WASN'T ENOUGH!! Of course, I just saw his father fly into town in his private jet so clearly the guy has money to burn.
The father is now looking at houses with his son and they have already increased the house values that they are looking at to $2.8 million or more.
Just another thing that makes you wanna say, WTF?!?
