Never Going to Watch That Ass Again ...

I was watching "Celebrity Apprentice" last night. Yes, I know. I was asking for it, but there wasn't anything else on TV.

The crux of the show was that each team was supposed to create a 60 second commercial to endorse "All" laundry detergent. The judges said that it could be dramatic, funny, ridiculous, whatever.

Team 1 created this sleazy adulterous type production which was laced with sexual innuendos and a subtle masturbation theme. It might have been HOT with better actors playing the roles.

Team 2 created a funny spoof with Jesse James in the lead and three little people. It would have been excellent, but for the fact that it had some vulgar language at the end that they bleeped of course, and it referred to the actors as "midgets." Very NON-PC I guess. Not that I know what the PC term is for a "midget."

Apparently, the representatives from ALL didn't care for either commercial and no winner was declared. The Donald announced that each team would be brought back to the boardroom and that 2 people would be fired.

Team 2 was getting along and had no problems with each other. They weren't pointing fingers at each other and they weren't blaming each other for their failure. The celebrity judge actually enjoyed it and would have declared them the winner. One person actually volunteered to go back to the boardroom because they honestly believed that they worked well together and did absolutely nothing wrong. Well, that turned out to be her downfall. The Donald gave some half ass speech about never putting your head on the chopping block, even if you didn't do anything wrong. Needless to say, she got fired. Utter bullshit. She performed exceptionally well. He didn't have any reason to look at her badly for any reason but for the fact that he saw her volunteering to go to the boardroom as a sign of weakness. Bye bye T-Boz.

That alone had me saying, "WTF?" Then, team 1 came up. Team 1 had been fighting with each other the entire time. It was amusing watching Joan Rivers bitch about everything, even though she was correct. She didn't even get selected to go to elimination.

In any event, The Donald starts asking the three people these complete bullshit lines of questions that had nothing to do with the competition. Ultimately, he asked Kim Kardashian why she disappeared last week. She didn't lie. She told him that she picked up a DUI back in California and that she had to appear in court for her offense. She told him that she was enrolled in these classes with other DUI offenders and that she was learning about what she did and how not to do it again, etc. Then, the Donald goes off on this self-righteous soap box speech about how he knows people who have lost family members because of others who drink and drive. He says that he lost respect for her because she picked up a DUI. And, then he fires her. NOT because of her performance in the show. NOT because she had anything to do with the teams failure. But, because of an independent event that had absolutely nothing to do with the show.

It was a prime example of The Donald thinking that he is better than everyone else, even a celebrity and a peer. It was self-grandizing and contrived merely for shock value and I assume, failing ratings. It was also the last straw. I am not wasting any more of my time watching this pompous egotistical ass who clearly shows nepotism to his bratty ass kids that know jack shit about anything except for the fact that their last name is Trump.

Mind you, I am not endorsing drinking and driving in any way. I just believe that it had nothing to do with the show and should never have been a factor in his decisions.

In any event .... Donald .... You're Fired!

bullshit, apprentice. fed up
