i highly recommend ian mcewan to anyone needing a fabulous book right now. Fabulous, tragic, romantic and sinister that is-- and if you happen to pick up "the innocent" try and read it in one sitting. its well worth it

the movie was great, but the book was amazing. the second to last page just kills you.
