i really hate old people
so my grandmother from CT, who i don't see much, demanded that i meet her halfway in southern MA today and have lunch with her......... at Friendly's........
now, i think this is rather rude, considering i can't afford gas, i have to drive almost an hour in the scorching sun in a car with NO A/C and LEATHER SEATS --- all this 8 days before i'm due. couldn't it have waited?!
so i drive down there, being a good little granddaughter, and she basically has nothing to say... she just felt like seeing me. SO YOU FUCKING COME VISIT, YOU OLD BITCH! i don't even LIKE this woman. i barely see her, and she always gives everyone a guilt trip.
so the worst part is, i'm sitting across from her, eating my clam basket... and i'm just staring at her... god is she ugly. i mean, she was ALWAYS ugly, even in her prime... but her cheeks sag past her chin and her hair is thinning and puffy and she's got discoloration all over and her teeth are almost grey and she just has this miserable look on her face anyway and she was all wrinkled..... she literally looked like she was about to collapse into herself......... i almost couldn't eat.
i hate how most really old people just look like they're melting or they're going to implode. and they look so bitter and miserable sometimes... and the smell...... *GAG* and seriously, why does all of their clothing have to be floral pattern?? not to mention the fact that a lot of them have the 'old school' way of thinking in which they're racist and sexist and mean and they think that just because someone is older, they're automatically wiser. i pray that i don't live a day past 70.
i know that's really mean, but i was just disgusted. then i had to drive almost an hour back in the hot sun 80-something degrees out, with NO A/C and LEATHER SEATS........ and now i have a sunburn... on ONE arm, from driving. i look like a freakin idiot.
