Why is it that so many people who are Pagan seem to think that requires them to be weird to an unnatural point? I mean, I understand that Paganism and such attract a different crowd, but that doesn't mean you have to talk like you're from the seventeenth century.
And why do so many people not really understand what Pagan means? Someone said something about 'Pagan' describing her spirituality. Horseshit. "Pagan" does not describe spirituality. It just means that you would not consider yourself part of a mainstream religion. Not anything about spirituality.
Another thing, why the fuck would you say, "Oh Goddess"? Is that like some Pagan way of being politically correct? No one else in the world says it. It's a culture thing, people. In America we say, "Oh God," "Goddamn," and "Jesus Christ". Not, "Oh Goddess," "Goddessdamn," or "Demon moon child".
Are you taking notes?
Being Pagan does not necessarily make you a persecuted individual. If you walk into a KKK meeting and shout, "Down with the Christians! Dance naked under the stars!" I have no sympathy for what comes to you. Can't you fucking learn when it's appropriate and in your best interest to be discreet? That seems to be such a trial for so many "Pagan" people.
Ok. I'll cut it off for now, but as a parting note...
Use your head, and I don't mean as a chopping block or baseball bat. I was under the impression that we were all born with common sense.
