Anthony. Or do you prefer Goldstein? I'm not sure, and apologise profusely for any offence I've caused already. At any rate, well, you're a Ravenclaw. You know Michael Corner, and considerably better than I do. You may have heard I've been partnered with him - for NEWTs - and although I have no interest in hearing whatever he says about me, be it vile slander or purile gossip, I can't exactly let our working relationship worsen any further.
I need help. I need advice. On how work with him. Maybe even be his friend; he does seem a bit high-strung, but these are high-strung times. (You should have seen what I had to put up with this morning in the dormitory. On second thoughts, maybe not.)
