I trust you've actually been working. Simply being in Ravenclaw is not enough - if anything, the expectations are higher for those seemingly gifted with a greater aptitude for study.
I understand you might wish to enjoy the company of your Housemates, but I am your assigned partner, and we both have to live with that. Still, Professor Slughorn seems very keen on you - so congratulations on that, although I trust that sort of social advantage won't distract you from our project.
