I was able to do it last Saturday. I made the number of snatches I was trying for in the 10 minutes. The competition is only two weeks away and I seem to be ready. The hubby is gathering the friends to cheer me on that live in the area. I am even trying to prepare for that. I asked the people at my gym to cheer for some of the time so I could practice not being distracted by it. I try to prepare for everything. I am leaning towards eggs and bacon for breakfast before the competition and yogurt and fruit as a snack. Also I think it really helps to drink at least one full cup of water right before I start the 10 minutes. I've started doing that before I run as well.
