7 more days of work...it's sad but the countdown is on, because I am getting to the end of my patience with some of those little monsters...!

More importantly, today makes the 1 year mark of Brooke Johnson's accident...it's weird to think it's been a year-I drove by and there was a bouquet of flowers at the spot. It was really sad. I hope her ( Read more... )

From what I was told (somewhere I don't remember exactly) Mr. Boitano started out working in a construction company building homes before deciding to become a P.E. teacher. I'm not sure why he decided being a P.E. teacher would be a good idea, in his mind, but yeah, it's all very strange.

see, that's interesting- at the time I had no notion that he had this other job, so it just seemed like such a weird combo...construction + PE teacher? I wonder what he majored in during his school days...hmmm...education with an emphasis on phys. ed. , along with a minor in construction...???!

Yeah, I went to that house thing too - but I didn't think he was fired from the school. I thought he had that business going for years before, and he just left to devote more time to it. I dunno, maybe they were sheltering my poor th grade ears from naughty stories. Like none of the other PE teachers are screwed up.

yeah, and what's funny is that in his house, you could tell he was into the health and well-being because of that huge gym downstairs with the nordic track, the bowflex, and every machine possible, with a nice bathroom next door so you could conveniently shower after your work out...! But yeah, he was fired.

why why why is it always the PE teachers who are messed up??

haha, yeah, i LOVED that gym. if i had that gym in my house i would be working out whenever i could!!! (didn't notice the shower though, lol)
