Octoberpocalypse
Well, still no power and 53 degrees inside. Hopefully the basement will help keep things warm - glad to live in a modern house with insulation! Jimmy is sleeping with 3 blankets and 2 sleepers on, plus I left his wool socks on (with the cotton liner socks). He should be warm enough, if not I'm sure he'll end up in our bed again tonight. At least we got the air conditioners out of the windows in time. I am SO DISGRUNTLED about this snow!!!! I want fall back!
At least one nice thing happened today. We went to Kara and Jeremy's housewarming party. Their house is so nice! It made me really miss living in Arlington, though. Maybe someday...
