teething

I really, really hate teething. Jimmy cried so much this weekend, and he had a fever of 101 on Sunday, I figured it must be an ear infection. I took him to the doctor this morning, and she said, nope, classic teething... diaper rash, drooling, fussiness, night waking, loss of appetite, and low grade fevers. I am definitely being used as a human pacifier these days! At least the doctor said I could give him more Advil because he's grown some. He's not in the next weight range yet, but she said we could do 6.5 ml instead of 5ml. I am so exhausted, even though I napped the same time he did today. I think night weaning is going to have to be put on hold for a little while, until this stupid tooth comes in. Guess I'm going to make it an early night tonight.
