Apparently I am gonna be in the 160s for the rest of my life! Now I KNOW I've been losing weight!! My ass is sooo baggy in my jeans, smaller legs even! WHY doesn't the scale know it too??? So now I am 5'11" and 162lbs. Its been +/- a pound from that # for 3-4 weeks now!!! And I'm trying sooo hard. GOOD NEWS: Lost 1/4" on my waist again this week. I guess I'll take it huh? Does this make sense though?:
So far in the last 3-4 weeks I've lost about 1/2" total on my waist, 1/2" total on my thighs, 1" on my ribcage, 1" on my hips... But lost NO pounds! Now why doesn't that make sense to me??? How can I lose those measurements and ZERO pounds?!?! I want to see the numbers decrease soooo badly! Don't get me wrong, I like the fact that I pretty much have a flat stomach and ab-definition at 162lbs, but I just wanna see the scale hit the 150s, 140s, 130s, something else! I want to decrease total bodyfat, have more ab-definition, fit into my size 3 pants again! Even though I see some measurements going down, I feel depressed like I am making no progress because the number stays the same... Its hard to stay motivated when your scale never moves.
