Stuff
I got the promotion I was going for! WAH Quality Advisor. I do QA on the PALs (performance assessment liaisons). PALs are the ones that help the at home agents with anything they need. Pretty soon the PALs are going to each have teams of 40 at home agents that they will need to keep track of. I am the one (along with two others) that monitors their communication with them.
I also applied at Bucky's up the Street. So, I'm thinking that between the two jobs I should be able to start putting money in to a savings. I need a backup stash. It's scary not having one. My back up stash right now is my Dad! I feel bad about that though.
My brother is doing better. His arm is almost completely back to the normal size. He had his stitches out a while back and he can move it pretty well. He still can't really play XBox.... but he tries!
My kids are doing great. I switched to days with this new promotion, so, Adam and I changed the custody to every other week. I went first and I had them this past week and then Adam will get them tomorrow until next Sunday. It has been so nice having them here day in and day out.
I have been so tired since I switched to days. I hope I adjust soon. Either that or I am going to be some old fogie that goes to bed at 10 or earlier every night! Not cool! He he he
Ok well, my coffee is done brewing. I need to go pour a cup, hop in the shower, and start my day!
