"I don't know," she mused. "It's a lovely day, isn't it? I seem to be running out of pages in my sketchbook. I should get a new one, sooner or later. I just haven't yet."
"I guess I'm just wondering," she said, chewing her lower lip. "What it's going to be like. Whether ... we're happy, I mean. I don't like to think about it."
Naminé looked over, eyes sparkling. "You have paopu fruit? At the store?"
"I've never had one," she admitted with a laugh. "I suppose I have, if Kairi has, but I've never as myself. And I ... maybe I'm wrong. It seems as though I feel it, lately. Like there's some force nudging us back. Or reminding me of what's coming. I wonder if ... if Roxas felt that, too."
She frowned slightly, hoping he didn't mind that she had brought him up.
"Maybe he's more of a part of you than you even realize," she said softly. "I suppose I'd have to talk to him to know for sure. Doesn't seem as though there's a practical way to achieve that."
She smiled, a bit playfully. "Unless I should wait for you to fall asleep, and try to interrogate you then. I doubt that I'd have much luck with that."
She nodded, quickly. "I-if you want to help me ... can you ... watch out for Valentine? It will be hard on him, when I go. I don't know how to make it easier for him. Perhaps I had no right, involving him at all. I may be selfish, that way."
At least he wasn't breaking out into song.
Yet.

She paused. "Is Kairi ... happy?"

"Uh, yeah at least as far as she's mentioned besides her normal complaints of me being so far away," he smiled. "Why?"

"Do you think that's gonna happen for you soon?" He sighed.

He was trying to be helpful, he didn't want Naminé to be sad, but he didn't want her to disappear either.

"I still want to help you somehow. You're giving up so much. You have a real life."
