the time has come
i figure now is a good time for an update on my life. since i haven't posted much/since i haven't seen any of you in a long time...
...school is finally out. no more MCC for me, I changed my mind and I'm going to do better with Baker next fall (crude late-night humor). Its the degree in Web Design that is roping me in there, plus while i do that i get to intern at Next-IT with their web design dude. i have been working there for the past few weeks, on mondays and thursdays. my first website with them should be up shortly. i'll make sure everyone checks it out once its up.
...the disc golf store is still being incubated as we speak. it is right on the verge of breaking out. i downloaded the SS-4 form from the IRS.gov site which lets us apply for an FEIN which lets us finish our MI sales tax license, which makes us legal to peddle our stock. we will have the logo finished soon, i will post it once i have it. i don't remember if i posted our name, but we are now registered with Muskegon County as The Disc Caddy. we will be based in downtown Whitehall, the last building on the left before the big curve (right above Pinheads and across from Little Ceaser's). i got my awesome neon "open" sign from Ebay the other day. it's on. we plan on having our grand opening near the beginning of June. i hope you can all make it, we are havin a grand opening party. and if you don't disc golf, we will have lots of candy, pop/h2o, ice cream to buy, not to mention shirts, hoodies, or girlee-tees. come out and buy up! :-)
...WMCW band concert @ Reeths-Puffer High School in that old familiar auditorium. come out and see our fantabulous collage "Showing Off" concert. we commissioned a cool song this year in memory of Don Miller, Mrs. Breichting's late first husband, and former director of the Winds. SUNDAY ~ 4:00 PM APR 25 ~ RPHS
