I just made this. I like it. Perhaps you too will like it.
240ml milk
20g 85% chocolate
30ml Butter Shots Butterscotch Schnapps.
Get milk hot. Get it too hot. Don't boil it. Divide the 20 grammes of chocolate into approximately 2 gramme chunks, to maximise surface area. Drop into hot milk. It will melt. Stir it. Sample it. You will notice it is too bitter, because you used 85% dark chocolate which is not technically palatable to humans. Cut the taste with butter shots. Enjoy the result. Later in the evening, stick a straw in the butterscotch schnapps bottle.
