To anyone who hasn't seen Julie & Julia, here's my movie review:
"This movie is a cream-filled, buttery, scrumptious treat that makes the audience laugh, learn and grow along with both of its wonderfully warm and witty title characters. Amy Adams (Julie Powell)and the legendary Meryl Streep (Julia Child) are fantastic as their characters learn to live, grow and cook through everything from "boning a duck" to chopping onions and *gasp* cooking lobsters (lobster killer! lobster killer!). We follow both characters through their consecutive time periods and life experiences, learning how something as simple as food can become a life-changing passion, and a thing that can bring together even the most distant people. I ordered Julia Child's famous cook book after watching because I wanted so much to join the world of food and warmth in this touching, poignant and memorable film. A definite must-see."
Watch this movie...watch it and get hungry!
