Character(s): Alice & Woody Content: Confused and a bit huffy, Alice arrives. Setting: Niflheim Gate Time: Week 26(?) Warnings: Oh, I hardly assume there will be any.
As Alice contemplated the reasoning on why everyone was so bossy and rushed around here, much like the creatures were in Wonderland; although not quite as loony here (at least not that she was completely aware of just yet), she tugged opened the lid of her strange looking device and tilted it to the right in her hands and then tilted her head to the left, looking over it. Alice was not much for electronic devices, considering that she had never seen or heard of such things as television or computers; she wasn’t entirely certain what to do with it.
“What a useless hunk of junk this is…” She mumbled to herself as she tilted her head back upright. Sighing, she snapped it shut and slid it into the pocket of her pinafore and then linked her fingers together. “I suppose there isn’t much else to do apart from look around, I just might find a way back if I do.”
After all, it was best to keep one’s head about new places such as these and an optimistic approach toward things couldn’t hurt, either!
Humming a little tune, actually it was the pretty song that she’d learnt from the Mock Turtle, Alice began to walk around the city she’d found herself in. After all, exploration was always a must in a new place! It was as she was walking around that she found herself spotting out of the corner of her eye, something small moving about. She always did have a knack for finding the odd things, after all. Why, it was a little man! Taking a closer step, leaning forward as she walked somewhat, she narrowed her eyes and pulled her hands apart from one another to push her falling hair in her leaning from her face.
Actually, it was a very small, tiny little… “It’s a doll.” Of course, not minding her manners she spoke rather loudly; although she would argue with anyone that might tell her she was speaking too loudly, that she was talking to herself and she’d be as loud as she needed to be in order to hear her own voice. The little girl raised her brows, noticing the shine from the plastic that the little man’s body appeared to be made of, at least his face anyway.
“There are dolls that move in this city?” Curious, very curious.
