When Vicious arrived at the gate he was sure of two very important things. One being that he was never letting Ansem use his portals on him unless it was absolutely necessary. The second being that until his packages came to him he was going to maintain a very low profile by standing against the sides of the gate. He reached for his cigarettes and pulled out one making a small flare of light darkness. A small price of revealing himself for something very good in his book. He flipped open his journal to take a few notes while waiting.
