Lexaeus took in the sight of Joutenheim Gate with silence, much as he did everything and everyone else. There was, after all, no reason to make comment on something that so many others were obviously seeing or talking about, and the line leading up to the gate made it pretty clear that others were getting a good, long look at the giants that made the gate. That line seemed long, almost to the point of being unbearable, but Lexaeus joined the queue. He offered an unamused look to anyone who dared try speaking with him at the moment. If he had to wait in this long line, he didn't have to make it easy on the other people standing there.

"May I get your name, sir?" It had certainly taken long enough to get through the line! Lexaues looked down at the man who was, well, manning the gate. He flinched as he met the stern gaze.

"Lex," the Nobody stated, more for simplicity's sake than anything else. It was short, to the point, and meant he didn't have to speak more than absolutely necessary. What did he care if someone was actually looking for him? Anyone who would need to find him had the means to do so.

"Alright, Lex!" The man smiled widely as he made notes on his clipboard. He was still grinning as he handed over an electronic journal and some brochures. "Welcome to Paixao! Here's your journal and some brochures for the city. Enjoy your stay!"

Lexaeus met his comments with silence as he took the journal and brochures from the man. Despite the man's exuberant nature, Lexaeus never changed his expression. He evern stood there for a moment, gaze still fixed on the man. He seemed to grow increasingly nervous and, satisfied, Lexaeus entered the city.
