TALENT SHOW SIGN UP [Active]
Character(s): Anyone who comes by to sign up!
Content: Sign ups for the festival's talent show.
Setting: Paixao Central Station.
Time: Any time, THURSDAY to TUESDAY.

In the center of Paixao, directly in front of the station, there sat a peculiar looking blond and blue eyed girl, with worn clothes and many braids in her hair, behind a large table. On the front of the table, hanging from the edge, there hung a large and noticeable sign. It read:
PAIXAO SPRING FESTIVAL
IMPROVISATIONAL TALENT SHOW
SIGN UP HERE!
On top of the wooden structure there were two large piles of paper; uncompleted forms, and completed forms, and a pile of markers, pencils, pens, and other various writing utensils. Beside those, there were also multiple copies of the rules.
Patiently, the girl waited for contestants to come by.
