Has there been anyone here who's seen this 'Organization' before?

I want to thank everyone who tried to help me. I wasn't sure what to do. {The entire ordeal is obviously still bothering her.} What are they? I know that they're called the Heartless, but how can something be heartless? Everyone has a heart.

One's a cute blonde, very energetic. The other is a dark brown haired girl, the daydreamer sort... I can't find either of them anywhere... Why does this always seems to happen...
