There are no government facilities listed on the map in the journals. Have any been identified? Are there any other buildings associated with suspicious activity? I don't suppose going to the center of town and making a mess is likely to draw out organization members? They seem to like random destruction anyway...

Well, some time ago, the mayor put up some police stations. There's 'bout five of 'em in the city. The biggest one is by City Hall. The others are by the city gates.
