I want to thank everyone who tried to help me. I wasn't sure what to do. {The entire ordeal is obviously still bothering her.} What are they? I know that they're called the Heartless, but how can something be heartless? Everyone has a heart.

{She pauses and sighs.} Even if they don't listen to their heart very much, it's still there. Right?
