Changeling

Poor Emily is sick, so it was just a "family" affair tonight.

Bess didn't come out and play, but Misty nearly got in BIG trouble with a vampire. Dear John was trying to trick me into letting a vampire have free rein in Dinkytown. (Well, that is the job of a dirty GM, right?)

So, I got a chance to see what happens when you say "No" knowing full well, I might have to make a new character sheet, or end up in a terrible, terrible situation. Actually, I was nervous that I might not be able to get away from the Vampire, but I'm good at hiding. Of course, because Jessica is at the core of Misty/Bess, the primary objective is to let the others get to safety first. Thus, I encouraged Lilith to get Creepy Guy out of there. Outside the door, she began plotting to rescue me.

and I nearly got traded to the Evil Witch of the West... Call her a Prince if you'd like. Though the Seneschal then started thinking he might get a better trade from Dinkytown... and Jack threatened him with the destruction of St. Paul if he didn't let me go. and the countdown ended before Jack was finished talking, so he hung up...

Lilith came to save the day! Using fire! Nick would be so proud.

Of course, Jack blew himself up (and a floor of the Sears Tower). I LOVE Jack O'Bannon. The man doesn't die. He is friends with explosives, a sword named Molly, and Whiskey for whatever his needs are. He's been around for more years than any man has any right to be alive. I look forward to discovering his secret.

I'll leave the details to John, but this was a fabulous night, and did not feel as short as it was.

Next time, dealing with the Creepy Prince of the East.

Only this time, Jack is present. With Explosives.

Oh.

this could be interesting....

Have I mentioned that I love Jack?
