hah, i actually got through and won something!
I feel like I should be doing more...
I listened to the radio today, usually I'll just listen to cd's...and for the first time in a million ages I tune into 103.9 the edge. And the dj says I'm giving out the new Depeche Mode cd and some other one...first one to call gets it, then he recites the number. I was like, "should i?...no one ever gets through" I decide to call for the hell of it...and the phone rings...and I'm like..."maybe I should hang up? what if it's the wrong number? this is too good to be true" The dj picks up...and says, "hey, what's your name? (Andrea)Do You like Depeche Mode? (Yes.! -that's all i could think of saying cuz i'm a retard) Great, hold on (commercials) then he comes back and proceeds to ask my last name and tells me to pick it up at the station in scottsdale...damn. Open Monday-Friday. All of this was around 8:21pm.
Despite the conditions of how I'm going to get there....I finally won something on the radio. I don't know if I aired....or if he just wanted to find the winner during the commericals or whatever, cuz he put me on hold and that's what i heard. Unless it had something to do with 5 second delay just in case I said the cuss words that aren't allowed on radio)
