[a brief silence and then a flurry of rustling and Zexion's voice, very muffled -- no, this isn't an accidental post, but something else has caught his attention]
--that is -- it can't be -- concentrated--
[another pause]
Curious. I take it that is not a usual phenomenon. [he sounds unconcerned for now; it's filed away to investigate in a moment]
As far as I have been able to determine, this city has been used as a nexus for approximately two years -- there seem to be no reports of residents arriving before then. Is this correct?
The documentation of its so-called history, moreover, seems to be scattered or simply incomplete, like much else. [it seems he stops himself from saying more]

Lexaeus, and that Princess of the Heart. ... Perhaps they are deriving amusement from arraying us in battle formation; we lack only a handful more of our colleagues and the denizens of Disney Castle for a good skirmish or two.
Keeping track of the monsters by hand and memory -- I suppose it can't be helped. Those living here have enough odd priorities and excuses to surpass even IX.
[careful copy of
Kamui's bestiary, to be kept updated]
*Heartless: Shadows, Barrel Spiders (city)
- Packs of wolves: potentially life-threatening to those without weapons (city)
- Doppelgangers (?) (city?)
- Odd, plant-like creatures with a single giant eye (forest)
- Creatures with a peculiar type of poison (forest; see copied list?)
- Zombies (near the church): counter with reflected sunlight
Network security remains uncertain, yet there are many who seem completely oblivious and continue to make fools of themselves (considering the level of technological knowledge I've seen thus far, however... potato chips, indeed). Should I appreciate the irony of my previous post, perhaps? Though, this is more likely to be a deliberate test than a simple loss of function. I am doubtful that the network is safe from them in any case; that boy's millionth pet project may be worth considering seriously if we are to outmaneuver them.
The recent deaths seemed to affect many residents a great deal; a curious and illogical thing, the Heart. However, so long as one maintains a balance between Heart and mind, this should not be unsurpassable. (In passing, it seems that Haruhi girl may indeed have practicable powers. I will observe more, I think.)
More mundane matters persist. I cannot fathom how such a buffoon has made off with so many doors, or even wrangled a semblance of authority, but then, Marluxia slinked his way into a title as well. Repairs will have to be made; it is just as well, with the minor experiment in progress -- we will need someplace to keep the pig.
More waiting.
