You just blew my mind...TWICE. One: I never made the connection between Liz's name and the fact that she was a lizard. Two: Mrs. Frizzle is totally a Time Lord!!!!!!! It seems so obvious now. I think she would have given the Doctor a run for his money. She had a whole class of companions! No, Liz was her only real companion.

When looking for an image of her, I came across two theories: 1) Mrs. Frizzle is an alias of River Song or 2) Liz is the Doctor. I'm not entirely sure how the second one works...Someone on Tumblr also suggested that Arnold was Rory.
