I am so excited about grad school I can't even stand the long wait! I want to be enrolled right now. It is seriously driving me crazy that I still have so much to do. I picked up my diploma today from UCI!!!! I'm officially a graduate. Very cool. I have a spiffy frame to put it in, too!

Wedding news: (1) fires are 100% contained! (2) going to the florist this weekend to alter the order a little bit (3) my MOH paid for her dress!

It's all coming together and it's very exciting!

OK, it's official. I'm Wedding-crazed. It has happened. I can't stop looking at stuff! Agh! *L* Anyway, I think the overall design of the wedding is coming together and I'm feeling confident that it's all going to be amazing by 06/07/08! I got promoted. I guess normally that's a good thing, but in this case, I'm not certain I want to stay at this job! Oh well. I took the promotion, so at least I'll have more money coming in while I'm looking elsewhere. I'm basically the new Office Manager, and with that comes a pretty substantial increase, so I figured--why not ( Read more... )

Yay! We have DSL finally! So much happiness!

In other news: I got cast in a Musical Theatre Revue entitled "Broadway Flops" which promises to be a lot of fun! School's getting hectic, and all the graduation planning is underway already! Work sucks, so I'm planning on looking elsewhere. I will keep you all posted!

I haven't posted in a while--things have been pretty hectic, stressful, etc. Anyway, school's almost out! Yay! One final down, three to go! Oy. My final in Musical Theatre today went pretty well, even though I was the LAST person to sing (and there are 50 people in this class! I had to wait three hours! Sheesh!). OK...so I am trying to take this lovely time off from school to prepare for the next set of huge auditions I have to go on. I need to prepare 16-bars of a song as well as 2 contrasting monologues (1 must be Shakespeare, 1 contemporary). I also need to prepare 2 contrasting songs (1 uptempo, 1 ballad) for the separate Musical Theatre audition. ( Read more... )
