Hmmm Veggie dip - try 2% Fage Yogurt with diced up cucumber, mint, and garlic - very Mediterranean - healthy and YUM! Great on a baked potato or with *greek style meatballs
*ground meat, shredded potato, shredded sweet onion, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder - press into mini oval patties, shallow fry in olive oil until golden brown.

Stiry Fry - try a double dark soy sauce or rice wine vinegar (asian section of grocery store) with fresh minced garlic and ginger!

Steak Seasoning - I like to keep mine simple - kosher salt and fresh ground pepper (get the kosher, don't use table salt - ick) with a little oregeno liberally rubbed into the steak with olive oil.

Chicken marinade - you can do anything to a chicken and it's yummy!
Try marinating it in buttermilk, pepper, salt, oregano, and garlic powder. The BM tenderizes the chicken letting all the seasoning sink it. Let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 hrs, coat the chicken in flour, then dip in egg, and then in crushed up corn flakes (season the CF with salt and pepper) and FRY! NOM!
Soy sauce is also great to marinate in - just like the stir fry, marinate with minced fresh ginger and garlic, slice and add to saute.
You can also add a dry rub of salt and pepper and grill it.

Will and I LIVE to cook and eat, it helps he's a trained chef and loves to experiment in the kitchen. I'm a more than willing guinea pig for him :-D Now I'm hungry lol.
