I stopped at a little vegan/vegetarian restaurant after my drum lesson today and had *THE* best vegetable stir fry of my entire life. Now, I'm most definitely an omnivore, but this was something I think I could live on for the rest of my life.
Which got me to thinking...I really should branch out when it comes to cooking. I know how to cook, but my repertoire isn't very large. What I know how to make, I make very well. But I'm not experimental and trying new recipes scares me a little.
So what I'm currently after are some good recipes for the following:
1) Veggie dip (preferably low fat, low cal)
2) Stir fry marinade/sauce (I'm tired of the standard bottle of Teriyaki from Publix)
3) Steak seasoning (for BBQ)
4) Chicken marinade, sauce, seasoning, or garnish
If you know a good recipe, please post! :)
