I saw my first comedy show at the dc improv friday. It was actually a lot of fun. Whenever, comedians talk about comedy clubs they always make them out to be dank small crowded rooms hosted by lame comedians but then again comedians can be a little self defacing. The only problem occurred when the drunk next to me knocked over a bucket full of beers spilling a bottle or so onto me. Then she thought she had soaked my cake (which had in fact stayed miraculously escaped all beer) and tried taking it and throwing it away. However, she offerred me a mostly beer as a way to apologize and all was pretty much forgiven.
Tonight I'm going shopping for the first time this holiday season. Hopefully i'll come back with my hands full of gifts for everybody.
