Fall semester 2008 is finally over as of my Con Law final last night! I’m not sure how I did, I feel like I should have talked about Strict Scrutiny more, and I misnamed a Supreme Court case name (although I think the prof knows what I meant.) My Con Law prof is so awesome all his hypos are about super-political stuff. I hope I get off the waitlist, and into his Con Law II section. Wills & Trusts went OK, it was 55 crazy multiple choice, and I feel I did pretty well, but I’m anticipating the curve to be really tight. Today I’m trying to do nothing productive, perhaps make some phone calls; my friend Josh will be up from Orange County on Friday so that should be good times.
