Today was my day to Get Shtuff Done...and stuff got done.

Woke up early, had some coffee with Belgian chocolate toffee creamer, which I will admit is growing on me though it totally overshadows the bean flavor with chocolate, and got to work. Well, I was in the top 15 (out of 231 entries) for the Chizine short story contest, but alas I did not win or receive an honorable mention. Sigh. I had high hopes, like I always do, and then I watched them fall.

I'm going to go cheer myself up with some coffee and books at Barnes & Noble.
