Oh Heroes...I think I'm starting to love you again. I don't want to jinx it but Season 3 is finally starting to look up. After that pretty unspectacular Volume 3, it feels like Heroes is on the right track again.
Sylar & Luke: a) Luke is creepy. If anything, he's slightly creepier than Sylar which is saying a hell of a whole lot.
b)Also he sure hung out with the neighbor a lot. To go watch birds. At 4 in the morning… Where the hell was his mom?
c)I'm starting to think that they might be brothers after all (or rather hope because of that revelation). I’d rather him just be some creeptastic kid who’s gone all fangirl but brothers works too.
d)When Luke mentioned the bird though I could have sworn he was just gonna kill it so I was more surprised to hear that he was going to talk about bird-watching and wondering if it’s genetic.
e)Sylar loves road trips. This is seriously like the 4th one he’s been on. Chai and road trips are his only weaknesses.
f)I’ve read it all over but Sylar & Luke are truly becoming like the Winchesters. Shady diners, pie, rock music, dad issues, on a search for Dad…all that’s missing is a sweet ride, girls and beer.
g)I’m gonna guess Sylar only rescued Luke was for insurance in case he lied about the address. Luke wrote it down which I’m assuming would spark up his lie detector ability. Plus deep down he’s somewhat of a softie. Then again there was Elle…
h)I love them together. Now that they’re even…Luke doesn’t seem to stand much of a chance now.
Claire & HRG:
a)If this Rebel knows so much, s/he would know better than to contact Claire because she’s pretty sucky when it comes to this stuff. Except this time when she actually was smart.
b)Breathing underwater? Really? This is either to make Alex as benign as possible so Claire really has to take care of him or to prove that the bad guys are going after everyone even the useless non-dangerous ones. At least he’s cute unlike West. I do miss Zach though even if took me until last week of re-watching old episodes to realize he was supposed to be gay.
c)Oh HRG…I still love you even if you lie about lying and then lie about that some more. Morally gray should be a Crayola color named after you.
d)It was pretty hilarious to see him on the side of a bait & tag. That actually caught me by surprise. Good job, Heroes writers. And good job Peter, Matt & Mohinder. Now don’t fuck up.
Ando & Hiro:
a)Hiro was funny back in season 1 when I first watched the show but I’m not that crazy about him anymore. Not even after watching S1 eps. Hiro you’ve lost your luster.
b)I don’t see why they had to go to India to prove that Hiro doesn’t need powers to be a hero…
c)I prefer Ando and I only wish he had a cooler power. Or at least one that doesn’t make him dependent on others with abilities.
d)I totally didn’t catch Annapura (sp?) being a lesbian until I read other people’s post. It does make sense.
Tracy, Nathan, The Hunter & Abby:
a)Even with her stupidity, I still like Tracy loads better than Niki/Jessica/Gina. It’ll be a shame when they kill her off for the third triplet.
b)I can’t help but think of OTH & The Cutting Edge when I see Abby. It distracts me.
c)I don’t care much for the part of the storyline even if it’s integral to all the others.
