So I decided to get back into running, and went for a run today at probably the worst time ever to try to get back into shape, but it's all good.
I did have a couple periods where I walked, but I'm not too worried about that. if I hadn't walked it would have been about a 7 mile run. Instead I estimate it was between 5.5 and 6 miles. Not bad, pace was terrible, but something to work from. My next run will be aiming for more of the 3 mile to 4 mile range. I really have no need to get too extreme in the mileage, since this is only for my own good, and not for any team. But for now, I'm going to take a shower since I am just soaked with sweat and its dripping all over the place.
