I'm back in Kamloops now. The trip was fantastic and I loved every moment of it (even if I was stiff-muscled, sick, and using up all the tissues I could find by the end of it XD;;) I still like Vancouver city. There are heaps of wonderful things to go and see there now that I've actually had the chance to properly see it haha Not sure when I'll head back there, but I'm sure it will be no later than the North American summer period.
My cold's still bothering me atm, and my sinuses have decided that they want to be a bastard and annoy the crap out of me further. Damn sinuses -mutters unhappily- BUT! I have the next couple of days off work to recover before I have to go back to the grinder. I have 3 more payday's before I have to go away again.... HOLY SHIT! I didn't even realise it was that damn close. Damn -frowns in thought- I should have enough money for my next trip. You keep thinking that you have so much time to save up and what not, that March is so far away, but it really isn't considering we're almost at the end of January already =| I wasn't expecting to go away again so soon, but I have to admit that I'm glad there's still three more full pay periods before I'm off again. That will help out big time. If I don't buy anything major over the next couple of weeks, I should have enough for the plane ticket and some spending money.
I was speaking with mum today and she was telling me how they've already booked the tickets and hotels (at least while we're in London) but there was a slight hiccup during the booking session and we're staying in two different hotels haha. So my sister and I will be in one hotel (Apparently it's closer to places like Big Ben and whatnot, but I can't remember the name of the hotel) while there's is a little further out. It will be interesting to see which pair gets the better hotel room. Usually when things like this happens, it's my sister and I that get the better one haha I'll be hoping that it happens again XD My cousin's currently living in London atm, so we'll probably catch up with her. Not to mention that some of Chrissy's friends live over there. I might catch up with them if I have time. We'll only be staying in London for 3 days before heading over to Paris. They're thinking of staying there for 3 days before heading back over to London and going on a 3-4 day road trip. My dad really wants to go and see Stonehenge - which I think would be friggin' awesome! I've been wanting to go to the UK for a while now, and I'm getting so damn excited about going :D I love history, and British history has always interested me (as much as Asian history), so it will be absolutely fantastic to see as much as I can there!
Mum's told me that my clothing has to apparently be 'approved' by my younger sister before we head over to Paris. So that will be interesting >.> If she doesn't 'approve' then it appears I might have no choice but to buy some new clothes before going on the trip if that's the case, then it's damn lucky that the US has cheap good clothing =\ I guess she won't approve my tracky-dacks XDD
One good thing about this trip down to Tampa is that I can start taking some of my stuff down there. I've already got way too much to ever be able to get home in one trip (without conning someone else to come with me) >_> So I'll probably end up taking a lot of my read books and manga not the graphic yaoi ones though >_> down to dump off at my parents place. That way I can slowly begin to move it back to Australia over time.
I have a sudden urge to go and watch Batman Begins... So I might have to go and do that, me thinks >.>;; I also am very tempted to buy SimAnimals for the Wii >_> it looks so damn cute! -is undecided-
